Every line item is compared against a local market range built from BLS construction wage data (labor) and current Home Depot / Lowe's material pricing, adjusted by your ZIP code's wage multiplier. Lines more than ~15% above the range get flagged ▲ high; far below can also be flagged ▽ low.
